Each student will perform special routines that highlight the skills they’ve learned in class. It’s the perfect time to invite grandparents, friends, and family to enjoy this special event together!

In this class we focus on foundational skills through play-based activities and gymnastics. We work on developing gross motor skills, listening, following directions, and social-emotional development with other children.

This class helps beginners physically and emotionally in a supportive, fun environment. Your child will have a blast improving their self-esteem through the practice of gymnastics.

This class allows athletes the opportunity to learn and develop more advanced gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, while building their cofidences. *Evaluation or teacher recommendation is required to register for this class.

This class is focused on beginning-Advance Acro & Tumbling skills. Athletes learn the basics, saftey, and cofidences on Floor, Trampoline, and Air Tracks. 

This class is a fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, parkour, and character building. We focus on whole-body movement and the mind-body connection.

We pride ourselves in having a culture that teaches young athletes not only how to succeed in sports but in life as well. We encourage our athletes to be well rounded inside and outside of the gym. *Our pre-team and competition team are by invitation  or evaluation only.
